Housing Scheme, Alfreton

This was a concept scheme drawn up to discover the potential of a large plot of land near Alfreton.  The existing plot of land housed a substantial dwelling with garden land to all sides. The proposed scheme was put together which included the demolition of the existing dwelling and the erection of 10no. new 2 bedroom starter homes on the site.  The proposed design aimed to have a minimal impact on the street scene with only one property visable from the road.

Unfortunately, at the time of writing the developer has decided to put the scheme on hold due to the current housing market.
