New Build Design

We are experienced in working with both developers and individuals to produce bespoke new build dwellings which maximise the sites potential and enhance the immediate surroundings.

Working closely with the client to fully understand their needs is vitally important,  Once the brief and the clients likes and wants are established, a series of sketch designs are produced which then enable the design to be ammended and advanced to produce a scheme which is ready to be submitted for planning approval.

We have built up a large network of people who, when needed, can help with technical reports required when submiting for planning approval.

Once planning is granted we pride ourselves on producing high quality building control/construction drawings, which will enable accurate quotes and see that the construction phase is undertaken as smoothly as possible.
